Beat Burnout Before Boosters
The pandemic caused pharmacy workload to increase dramatically, and the demands don't show signs of decreasing. Higher work demands cause consequences for pharmacists, technicians, and owners like higher stress, higher turnover rates, decreased customer satisfaction, higher medical error rates, and burnout. In this continuing education course, you will learn common causes of burnout and it's symptoms, strategies to reduce burnout, and how to prepare yourself and staff for potential increased workload during this pandemic.
