Join as we dive into practical approaches for applying mental fitness techniques in common pharmacy scenarios, to reduce stress, improve decision-making, and enhance patient care. By the end of the session, participants will be equipped with strategies to strengthen their mental fitness, overcome negative thinking patterns, and reclaim a sense of control and well-being in their professional and personal lives.
